The consumer acknowledges and agrees that the consideration charged by converting.to herein does not encompass any consideration for assuming the risk of consequential, punitive, special, or incidental damages that may arise in connection with the customer's use of the software, service, and documentation. Therefore, the customer agrees that converting.to shall not be liable for any loss of profit, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential punitive damages arising from the use of the service or documentation.

Refunds

converting.to understands that sometimes a service just isn’t for you. Therefore, if an order is placed, you, the consumer, are entitled to a 14-day timeframe from the order placement to request a refund for any reason, no questions asked. However, certain limitations do apply:

1. Any credits that have been used are non-refundable.
2. Custom-fulfilled orders of specific quantity or size have their own refund windows, as indicated on your invoice.

Credits used on the site are not eligible for refunds. Refunds may be granted at the discretion of converting.to management for any service-related issues.

Site Credits

converting.to account credits are non-withdrawable to any payment method. These credits expire annually on the 1st of January, and refunds will not be provided. To retain your credits, simply notify us via email or any appropriate channel that you intend to continue using them and that your account remains active.

File Conversion Service

Users are prohibited from engaging in any activities that violate laws or infringe on the rights of others while using the Service.
